I am driven to create a team of teachers that will in turn become the foundation of an agency that will make an indelible mark on the world of special education.
My job is to support the amazing teachers we have and to recruit the teachers we still need...then get out of the way and let this team of outstanding professionals change the world!
Our agency learns everyday, and we try to get better through practice, experience, and teamwork!

When I am not working, my wife and I enjoy traveling, hiking, and watching our 2 boys play baseball, football, or whatever they are into at that moment
I enjoy playing a role in every aspect of LINCS, from working one-on-one with students, to supervising/training/collaborating with teachers, to running the behind-the-scenes operations.
It's exciting for me to help districts find solutions to their staffing needs, while empowering our teachers, so that they may take the reins in providing high quality services for their students and educational teams.
Anything worth doing is worth doing with passion!
